THE NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR THE PREVENTION OF SEXUAL VIOLENCE. (N.C.P.S.V. )
We wish to notify you that the link between pornography, sexual assault and rape has been established and henceforth any person, group of people or incorporated body that continues to produce, import, wholesale, retail, transmit, distribute or otherwise supply pornography in any form be it electronic, print, or any means whatsoever will be held solely, jointly or otherwise to be culpable together with the perpetuator of any sexual assault, rape, sexual harassment or other action deemed to be criminal either in law or by virtue of victim impact testimony to negatively impact on any victim be it physical, emotionally or psychological where the prosecution or defence introduce pornography as either an aggravating or mitigating factor in the case.
This letter is and will be made available to victims of aforementioned and similar crimes or affronts along with a list of notified persons or parties including names, registered addresses and other information.
As and from this witnessed serving of this notice to an employee, manager or other representative of whatever rank, or the date of the publication of this notice in a national newspaper whichever being the earlier you are now listed as being a notified person or party regarding the above matters and now constituting a person or persons with prior knowledge of these matters.
Applications regarding fund to assist victims who are found to be ineligible for free legal aid in there actions must be made through their legal representative. This letter is not the full legal interpretation of the law in these matters and independent legal advice should be sought.
